We will go over existing tools, tips, scale up, validated protocols, educational resources as well the challenges and options to improve the analysis of spheroids and organoids. Lastly, we will look at a few examples of the production and use of 3D cell culture models.

11:50-12:30 h Imaging Modalities for Spheroid and Organoid. Disease-Relevant Assays in iPSC-Derived Cell Types with HCS Platform
Fluorescence fundamentals, fluorescent reporters, sample preparation, imaging modalities for 3D cultures and principles of high content analysis (HCA) , disease-relevant assays in iPSC-derived cell HCS analysis.
12:30-13:00 h Genome Editing: CRISPR/Cas9 for Beginners and Advanced Applications
We will go over the basic steps in how to set up a successful gene editing experiment, as well as some more advanced tools and tips
