Cytomics Unit

Cytomics Unit allows multiparameter cell analysis by flow cytometry, providing a service to facilitate research in the field of biomedical and biotechnological research.

Some areas of application of this technology are:

 Detection of surface antigens, cytoplasmic or nuclear.

 Identification of cell populations.

 Measurements of cellular DNA content: cell proliferation, changes in ploidy, cell cycle.

 Cell viability and apoptosis.

 Functional status of the cell: activation (membrane potential, pH and intracellular Ca + +) and free radical production.

 Transfection efficiency.

Autoservice

Internal Rate: The hourly rate applicable to IDIBELL users with projects in the institution is 10€/hour.
 

External Rate 1: The hourly rate applicable to external customers are public institutions is 93,86€/hour.
 

External Rate 2: The hourly rate applicable to external clients who are private entities is 102,40€/hour.

No autoservice

Internal Rate: The hourly rate applicable to IDIBELL users with projects in the institution is 16,71€/hour.
 

External Rate 1: The hourly rate applicable to external customers are public institutions is 103,58€/hour.
 

External Rate 2: The hourly rate applicable to external clients who are private entities is 113€/hour.

These rates include the standard fungibles.
